Knitted fabrics are made of pure cotton yarn. Cotton yarn is a single or ply yarn with certain fineness and infinite length, which is suitable for shuttle weaving, knitting, yarn making and rope making.

Yarn count classification

Roving yarn: pure cotton yarn of 18 or less, mainly used for weaving thick fabrics or looping cotton fabrics.

Medium count yarn: pure cotton yarn of 19-29 English count. It is mainly used in knitted garments with general requirements.

Spinning yarn: pure cotton yarn of 30-60 inches. Mainly used for high-grade knitted cotton fabrics.

Finer count yarn: pure cotton yarn with more than 60 count, used for high-grade knitted cotton fabrics.
